About ESKQ — Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Canggu

ESKQ is a steakhouse and wine bar in the heart of Canggu, Bali. Established in 2022, we built a place for people who care about what they eat and what they drink — without the formality.

How it started

We opened ESKQ in 2022 with a simple idea: serve great steaks, pour interesting wines, and stay open late enough for Canggu's night owls. What started as a small wine bar grew into one of the area's favorite steakhouses — a place where locals, expats, and travelers share tables, bottles, and long evenings. Three years later, we've served thousands of steaks, poured wines from 12 countries, and hosted hundreds of tastings. The kitchen still stays open till 2 AM.

Our approach

• Steaks done right

  We source premium beef from Australia and the US, and grill every cut over natural wood fire. The flame gives our steaks a smoky depth and charred crust you can't get from gas or electric. Every cut is aged properly and cooked with care. No shortcuts, no sous vide tricks: just wood, fire, and good meat.

• A wine for every steak

  50+ wines selected to pair with grilled meat. Red, white, rosé, sparkling, from 12 countries, many by the glass.

• Open late, no rush

  Kitchen till 2 AM, every night. In Canggu, most restaurants close by 10. We stay open for the people who think dinner should start at 9 and last as long as the conversation.
