Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of the ESKQ Bar website and booking service. They are an agreement between you and PT Esquire Business Group (NIB 1704230027205), a company registered in the Republic of Indonesia, which operates ESKQ Bar at Jl. Raya Babakan Canggu B51, Canggu, Bali 80361, Indonesia ("ESKQ", "we", "us"). By using the website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings
Reservations are made through our website, by WhatsApp, or through our booking partner Eat App. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
Please provide accurate contact details. We are not responsible for missed bookings or changes if the details you give are incorrect.
If you cannot come, please cancel or change your booking as early as possible. We may release your table if you arrive significantly late without letting us know.
2. Deposits
Some bookings, such as large groups, private events or special dates, may require a deposit. The amount and the cancellation and refund conditions are shown at the time of booking. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. Refund timing may depend on your bank.
3. Use of the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- make bookings in someone else's name without their permission;
- use automated tools to create bookings;
- interfere with the website's security or operation.
We may cancel bookings made in breach of these Terms.
4. Messages
By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive messages about your booking, such as confirmations and reminders, by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Promotional messages are sent only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Website content
All text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to ESKQ or its licensors and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
Menu items, prices and availability on the website are for information and may change. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6. Third-party services
Bookings and payments are handled by third-party providers, including Eat App. Their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for interruptions or errors in those services.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or booking service.
8. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Denpasar, Bali.
