How we cook steak
Every cut is grilled over natural wood fire — no gas, no sous vide. The flame gives the steak a smoky depth and a charred crust. The beef comes from Australia and the US and is aged properly before it hits the grill.
A wine for every steak
The list has 50+ red, white, rosé and sparkling wines from 12 countries, many by the glass. Ask the sommelier for a pairing — or check the pairing suggested on each steak in our menu.
When to come
Tuesday to Sunday, 6 PM to 2 AM (kitchen until 1:30 AM). Fridays come with live jazz. Closed on Mondays.
